Return & Exchange Policy
At Shelast, we believe that everyone deserves a satisfying shopping experience. That’s why we offer a flexible 30-day return and exchange policy. If, for any reason, your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you can simply return it within 30 days from the date you receive the product for an exchange or refund. Please note that for returns due to reasons other than quality issues, customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
Return & Exchange Terms
- Contact Us First: Before returning or exchanging items, please get in touch with Shelast via Email: support@shelast.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Merchandise Condition: Returned or exchanged items must be undamaged, unused, and unaltered. In cases not related to our errors, customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees. After shipping your return, kindly provide us with the tracking number.
- Faulty Items: If you’re returning a product due to a defect, please send us clear pictures or videos that highlight the issue.
- Restocking Fee: For karat gold and platinum products, a 30% restocking fee will apply to all returned orders. This fee will be deducted from the refund. Quality-related issues are exempt from this fee, and we will repair or refurbish such items for free. Refer to our jewelry warranty for more information.
- Refunds & Processing: We aim to process refunds or exchanges within 2 days of receiving the returned package. Refunds will be issued to the original payment account.
Cases for Unconditional Reissue:
- When customers provide clear proof of loss.
- When the post office confirms delivery, but customers claim non-receipt.
- In instances where Shelast has dispatched the product, but logistics information cannot be verified.
Unauthorized Approved Return Cases:
- Shelast will not accept returned products if repair service requests do not adhere to our regulations or if the product isn’t a Shelast item. In such cases, the original items will be returned at the customer’s expense for return shipping.
- Please note that “Design Your Own” products are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged. Please do not worry as we will provide customers with the CAD rendering before starting to make the customized product for confirmation until meets customers’ needs. If there are any quality issues, we will repair them for you free of charge.
- Please note that the purchased products from Sale are also non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
