For our silver-series jewelry, Shelast offers a one-year free warranty service. The warranty terms include the repair or replacement of a faulty product during the warranty period.
- If your silver jewelry encounters non-human damage within one year from the date you receive it and is deemed defective by Shelast, we will provide a free replacement service.
- If the product experiences issues beyond the one-year free warranty period, customers are responsible for maintenance and shipping costs.
2. K-Gold & Platinum Jewelry: Lifetime Warranty
Our K-Gold & Platinum jewelry benefits from a lifetime free maintenance policy.
- Customers enjoy free maintenance services for K-GOLD jewelry for a lifetime.
- Please note that shipping costs for K-GOLD jewelry maintenance are to be covered by customers.
3. Warranty Process
Whether the product is under warranty or not, customers must contact Shelast to obtain repair authorization. Our representatives will provide a return address upon acceptance of your application.
- When shipping the product, please ensure it is placed in the original packaging or packaging with equivalent protection.
- Once we receive the faulty product, we will promptly ship a new or repaired item to you. Please allow 12-20 days for the delivery.
4. Non-Warranty Coverage
It’s important to note that Shelast does not provide free maintenance services for damage caused by natural disasters such as lightning strikes, floods, earthquakes, and fires.
